Implementing Social Emotional Learning Across Disciplines

This graduate course is designed for K-12 general and special education teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, school psychologists and social workers and will guide these professionals to integrate social emotional learning into their teaching or therapy practice. This course will provide educators and related service providers with brain based strategies based on a developmental continuum for developing social emotional skills within the context of their unique school based practice.  Special considerations for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodiverse needs will also be covered in this comprehensive course.
